You still get coaching, support and progress tracking, but in a more community-driven setting. That means you’re not left to fend for yourself, and you’re not squeezed into a one-size-fits-all bootcamp either.

Our approach is still coaching-led. We want people who are ready to build consistency and make progress.

Will I still get individual attention?
Yes. The whole point of semi-private coaching is that you still get guidance and support while training in a small-group environment.
Is this like a fitness class?
No. It is still personalised personal training designed for you, just alongside a max of two others.
Is semi-private suitable for beginners?
Yes. We work with lots of people who are new to training or coming back after time away.
What if I’m nervous about joining?
That’s completely normal. We’ve built High Wycombe Fitness House to feel welcoming, supportive and non-intimidating from the moment you walk in.
